This sweet and gentle soul, who faced life’s challenges with such grace, spent her final days being deeply spoiled and cherished at Mikaela’s Mutt Motel.

Despite the chronic medical issues she bravely navigated, Elsee’s loving and affectionate spirit remained unbroken. It was our privilege to provide her with a warm and loving haven through our Soul Dog Suites program, ensuring her golden years were filled with comfort and peace.

Elsee was incredibly affectionate and found immense joy in being close to people. Gentle petting, cozy naps, and quiet moments with her human friends were among her greatest pleasures. Her calm and peaceful demeanor made her a truly comforting presence.

We are so grateful that we could provide Elsee with the ongoing care she needed, ensuring all her veterinary expenses, food, and supplies were covered. What she truly needed, and what she so beautifully received in her final time with us, was love and gentle attention.

As part of our Soul Dog Suites program, Elsee was a cherished reminder of the importance of providing hospice care for dogs with chronic conditions. Though our time with her was too short, we find comfort in knowing that her final chapter was filled with the warmth, safety, and love she so deeply deserved.
