Remembering Sasha & Harley- These inseparable sisters spent their final weeks cherished members of our Soul Dog Suites division, where they were showered with all the love, attention, care, and treats their gentle souls deserved.

During their time with us, Sasha and Harley discovered a delightful fondness for chicken and waffles treats and the simple joy of peanut butter ice cream – little pleasures that brought smiles to our faces.

Their journey to us was marked by profound sadness. They arrived under the most heartbreaking circumstances, having lost one of their beloved owners in a tragic accident. Their other owner, facing extensive injuries, was unable to care for them, leaving these dear 15-year-old sisters orphaned and grieving after a lifetime of unwavering companionship.

Having never known a day apart, the thought of them facing their twilight years without the comfort of their familiar home was truly heart-wrenching. They were the epitome of gentle and loving souls, whose greatest desire was a warm couch to curl up on, together.

It was our privilege to welcome them into our Soul Dog Suites program and provide them with a safe and loving haven in their final chapter. Though their time with us was brief, we are grateful for the opportunity to have filled it with peace and affection.

Their story touched us deeply, and while we mourn their passing, we find comfort in knowing that their last days were filled with the warmth and love they so richly deserved.
