Meet Scrappy Doo, aka Scrappy, Scrapps, Scrappies! Scrappy-Doo is a 3-year-old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix who was turned into animal control as a stray.

This sweet tiny boy is the perfect dog. He is extremely loving and just wants to be where you are. He loves attention and will take advantage of any down time (or up time) you have and will MAKE you pay attention to him (be in your face with kisses and pawings).

Scrappy is food motivated and lives up to his name and will make sure there are no scraps left. He enjoys his stuffies and loves playing fetch with them, and he does well on the leash and in the car.

He is kennel trained as well as potty trained. Scrapps is a very quiet boy (except for his pitter patters) and WILL find any available nook to fit in, and he seems to get along well with other dogs (he does just fine with his two foster sisters). He revels in belly rubs and face-cupping. Scrappy gets so happy with sweet talk that his little tail takes off like a helicopter! We are currently working on basic commands such “sit,” “down,” “wait,” and “stay.” He weighs about 13 pounds, and we believe he is a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix!

Scrappy-Doo is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention.
